Dr. Peter Laird and his team at Glenferrie Dental are exceptional in their services. The major dental work required was handled in the most professional and accommodating way possible. Peter is both gentle and thorough in his approach, valuing above all the best outcome for the patient. I have been to many dentists over the years, but none come even close to the level of care received at Glenferrie Dental. I have been lucky enough to only ever have one filling in my whole life. But that filling and it's management has always been painful. With Dr Shagana, I don't know what she does, but there has been no pain. Nothing. Just professional, careful, attention. What a difference. It was my first time at this dental clinic and from the moment I walked in I felt a really good vibe from the receptionist who was lovely and so warm! My dentist was really lovely and accomodating and even though I had a yucky procedure I left feeling well looked after, listened to and cared for! 10/10 and so happy I’ve found a new regular dentist to see!!

I am exceedingly nervous (others would call it a phobia) when it comes to any dental needs. I found myself needing dental surgery. I had been to two other dental groups and did not feel comfortable with either group. I decided to give Dr Peter Laird and his team a go at Glenferrie Dental. The whole experience and journey has been amazing. Right at the beginning from the lovely staff at front desk and then a consultation with Peter, who was intuitive to my nerves and doubts, put me at ease. I knew I was in good hands and felt confident in him and his team. I required all my top teeth out and after much discussion opted for All on X. Peter promised me it would be a painless procedure and he was right. I cannot express how now looking at the final result has made me so happy, I literally cried with joy. The practice is operated in a professional manner that treats patients with respect. Dentist Dr. Shagana cared for me & was very gentle, sensitive, & kind in approach ing the procedure of caring for my teeth. She was supportive & showed empathy. She went to great lengths to reassure me that all would go well in the special procedure & took special care in achieving that. I would recommend this clinic.

From the front desk to the patients chair my experience has been awesome to say the least. Dr Peter Laird and his assistant Natasha were excellent and made me feel very comfortable during my dental procedure.
