The staff are friendly and helpful and the range is huge. Just be sure to ask about the terms on sale items, there can be multiple sale signs on one rack.

the items delivered were not as specified on their website. When I pointed this out, and tried to return them, they refused to take them back, and was told to post them back to the manufacturer - at my cost.This is very misleading and deceptive advertising, and very poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend buying here

Came to get some new work pants with reflective bottoms. The selection was small and not really compatible with my body shape. I guess I will just stick to what I know works for me. Customer service was great!

Ridiculous customer service! Bought a box of ten masks for $45 large to medium size. When open one on-site later couldn’t fit my face. So went back to the shop to changed and the chap behind the counter didn’t even know the masks fits different size faces! Anyway they didn’t have XL and couldn’t do refunds because I used one of the masks! Which is ridiculous! My head is standard size and I tried put the masks on my 9year old kid and he was struggling keep on the face because was too tight as well!So my $50 in the rubbish bin! The fault is “mine” because couldn’t try the mask before buying but you can’t open the mask before buying!!!Don’t go there or at least watch good before buying items with chinese sizes!Disappointing customer experience!

what a great store ,my partner and I had a great experience ,our frist time coming into the store as we are from Margaret River,the team where so friendly and helpful.great big store.And Grant the assistant that was helping us, look for work shoes was a superstar ,so helpful and with lots of information so itmades it super easy ,so happy thank heaps guys .10 out 10 Hannah n corey

Don’t normally do reviews but fair to say I’ve had a poor experience with the embroidery at Tradies! Wouldn’t waste your time! Almost two months later and still unable to get a simple logo spelling and design right! Incompetence is the first word that comes to mind when I think of this company! Products look good but would leave it at that for anyone dealing with these guys!Cheers Brad
