The guys organised by Boris were super efficient & very friendly, the only problem was with the office. We paid via email through our bank on the day they completed the job on the 21st Oct 21 & sent the payment details, etc. But this morning, 28th July I received a text message in capital letters saying they hadn't received payment & were adding another 4% to the amount owed. I sent an email advising of this error & the office lady emailed back We use two types of software which has a delay in communication" 7 days delay! The whole episode really stressed me out. So make sure you keep all your receipts!"

They installed an air conditioning unit a couple of months ago and it has never work for long so they keep sending repair guys out but they never fix it and instead just seem to get it working for another couple of weeks and then it stops and we start all over again.Also very difficult to get the repairs guys to turn up on time and instead you just end up standing around waiting for them to show. They wont call to inform you of delays or cancellations.Would not recommend!

One star to much.Non responsive after initial contact 4 weeks down the track, now they say to busy to help, just unreliable, untrustworthy and quite frankly uselessStay away if you run a business and are wanting work done from this mob

I’m know it is a busy time of year but found their admin unresponsive. They over sold us a unit which could service a room 3 times the size. We have an air conditioner but had a generally disappointing experience

These provided prompt service for quoting and were very well priced. The installation technician was super helpful and very considerate about all the changes he was making to my house. Highly recommend. A great local service.
