A big thank you to Gemma and the team at Ultratune Erina. I obtained a number of quotes for my recent repair (Water pump and timing belt). I had an idea what it should have cost and they came in around the money. That was about $300 (40%) cheaper than the next closest. All the rest were about 50% to 100% more. Honesty is the best policy guys. Great friendly and professional staff. I have no doubt the job was done well. I'll be back. Keep up the great work guys!

My battery died over the weekend and I managed to get the car to Ultra Tune Erina on a Sunday night. They were so accommodating by changing the battery and giving it a service on a busy Monday. Really appreciated their wonderful customer service.

Great mechanic! There’s a few dodgy ones in the area. BUT these guys are great! They didn’t do anything extra without my permission. They kept me updated every step of the way. Happy Car = Happy Man.

I have never felt safer with a mechanic!! I know that I am in such good hands and that whatever problem my car has, I won't be charged through the teeth! There is never an issue too big for Gemma and Kris, and I can almost always get in the same day, despite how busy they are. Such a lovely team with an amazing work ethic, they make it obvious that their number 1 priority is that the customer is happy. I recommend to everyone I know. You have a customer for life in me!
