We are from the Northside of Brisbane and since moving here (to mind grandchildren) we have enjoyed this side of Brisbane. I initially went to the chemist opposite the garage but found the new staff there were not friendly or very helpful. A neighbour mentioned the GRACEVILLE village discount drug store so I thought I would give it a go. Well I have had nothing but very good service and friendly staff. Paul sometimes might be having a bad day but on the whole, I really enjoy visiting there and having chats with the ladies.Keep up the good workFRANKIE

I had reason to visit this shop and I was stunned at how friendly and helpful they were, I have been back twice - thinking it may have just been that nice lady but no ...great service the 2nd time too. I regularly buy lots of Pharmacy items and am seriously thinking of bypassing my local Chemist in lieu of these nice people. Well done keep up the good work

I found Paul O'Carroll a shining light in my family's time of turmoil. I needed an urgent Webster pack completed and he worked with my deadline with professionalism. We owe you much gratitude. Returning a few more times and dealing with the lovely staff. Buying some lovely Australian made gifts too!

Both Chemists that I have dealt with are extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak to...unfortunately the other young lady working in this store is not only rude, but displays such poor customer service that I will not ever step foot inside the store again.When you have competition so close, customer service and a smile are the only things that will keep you in business. I wouldn't have this young lady anywhere in a customer facing role in any business I run.
