Tweed Heads Coolangatta Taxi Service

Very disappointed with Tweed Heads Coolangatta Taxis Service. We booked a taxis three days before a wedding we attended at Summergrove Estate. After 30 minutes from the estimated time we rang to find they were still searching for a taxis. Luckily a friend picked us up or we would have missed the wedding. The same thing happened when we booked one to go home. Don't offer services you can't provide.

Uber usually fails me in banora point. They say they are coming then cancel. Unless its a big fare they don't bother. Tweed taxis have been present every time i needed. So im grateful for their service.

Booked at taxi night before to go to Gold Coast airport, no one turned upPhone help line they said all taxi finished for the night this was 5am in the morning luckily we got an uber or we would of missed our flight

**Did NOT show up**I had pre-booked a taxi. However the taxi did not show up at requested time. Luckily there were Ubers around and I made it to the airport. Definitely do NOT recommend their services. #119291137.

My friend and I rode in Taxi 11 tonight and believe it was the best customer service we have ever had in a taxi service. My driver Avtar spoke kindly, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend this drivers services and commend him on his professionalism!

Apart from sometimes waiting ridiculous amounts of time for the taxi to show up, the service from tweed taxis is great, most drivers are really friendly and helpful and the cars are clean l and tidy

GLEN IS AN ABSOLUTE LEGEND. Best service and best driver. Gone above and beyond for our friend group late at night. Man deserve a pay rise and a recognition.

DO NOT USE!!Absolutely disgusting service!Phoned multiple times to book a taxi.The person in the call centre confirmed the service.No one turned up.When I called back 45 minutes later, they said that they will have to rebook and TRY and get someone to pick us up.I left in an unfamiliar town in the rain with 4 children.I booked again via the online platform for 4.15am to be taken to the airport. AGAIN no one turned up to deliver this service.I received a call at 7.24pm to ask where we were as the driver was at the location waiting for us. 15 HOURS AFTER MY BOOKED SERVICE!I advised this was for a 4.15am service and was told, 'yes, we have been busy'Would definitely not recommend this service to ANYONE!!

Do not use this company for a wedding or any important event. Two times for weddings we have used them and both times they have failed to even hold our reservation that have been booked in advance. Abysmal.

At 4am Uber was non existent so I phoned a taxi service. The operators were great considering they were in Melbourne I think they said. Taxis were scarce too. 30 mins later and a taxi came so I was so grateful as I had to catch a plane.
