I own and run a landscaping business located in Botanic Ridge with 90% of my work within 10km of this place and my recent experience reaffirms why I don't used them. Paid for and purchased 1/4m of sand, waited 30min to be loaded only to find out they were loading others that arrived after me. They were gracious enough to give me a refund and I went else where to find the same product 15% cheaper and got loaded almost immediately. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your garden supplies. I am more than happy to discuss this further.

Great customer service, friendly delivery drivers, reasonable delivery fees and good quality products. have ordered gravel twice, the first time they helped us with quantity over the phone, second time i called at 7am and had the gravel at 9am. will be back for more :)

Horrendous customer service from the lady in the counter. Not supportive or friendly at all. Pretty rude actually. Just get your stuff and storm off. Don't expect any good customer service if you HAVE to go here. I'll never use this supplier again

Wow, What great service. I purchased garden rocks to be delivered. The salesman was knowledgeable and super courteous. He remembered me after several weeks. The delivery man Ralph, really nice and helpful. Highly recommend. Superior service compared to other similar services in the area.
