Thank you for my daughter beautiful wedding bouquets they were absolutely stunning and sooo wonderfully hand made by this talented florist. Would highly recommend this lovely and beautiful lil floristto friends and families, thank you sooo much AAA+++ 10/10

I contacted Floristea with a specific idea in mind for a bouquet of flowers for the dining table since we decided to spend our anniversary at home this year. They were absolutely accommodating and the flowers were stunning. They really added something to our little set up at home. Thanks so much!

Do not order the savoury dishes!! Chicken was cold and dishes were missing ingredients- very misleading as we were not informed of this.We ordered the korean fried chicken which was missing the salad. Also ordered the snow chicken burger which was missing the tomato, onion and salad. We told the staff about this and they said the chef already gave us extra chips to compensate for the missing ingredients. This was bizarre that a restaurant was missing this many ingredients. And the fact that the chef and the waitresses did not inform us of this prior to serving our food was a huge shock. Chicken was very unpleasant as it was way too big and it was cooked unevenly as parts of it were cold, hot or warm. This was the same with the chicken burger. At this point our family was angry and we got refunds for both dishes. Staff were nice and processed this smoothly, also gave us complimentary purple colour tea drinks which was the least that they can do. Sadly these drinks were extremely sour and bitter. This cafe should just remove their savoury menu or sack their chef because clearly they are not fit to serve these dishes.

A lovely florist and cafe adorned with pretty decor. We came here for a high tea for a birthday. Looking at the menu, we expected a choice of our own drinks (tea, coffee or hot chocolate), but we only got a refillable tea to share with the group (in our experience, we have a choice of our own drink/teapot of choice). We also had to ask the staff for teacups, not everyone got a cup. Unfortunately, the finger food/sandwiches weren't good, didn't seem fresh. The staff were friendly though.

I experienced the Mrs Claus high tea and the decorations and food were amazing. I love that the cafe is mixed with a florist and the themed events are unique and fun.

Had high tea at this venue and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and no ask was too much. The eastern high tea option offered a range of yummy selections and the ambience was very pleasing. Will be back again to try other items on the menu.

was in the mood for bubble tea and so i think this was the only place in this shopping mall. my wife went and this was our experience. basically no one was there to serve her, waiting for a while was staff was back in the kitchen. i wanted taro milk tea but they didn't have it in stock or run out (taro milk tea is one of the most popular milk tea and a bubble tea should never run out of this) so was quite surprised so she got me the mango drink with jelly. Can't remember what she ordered but wasn't memorable but my mango drink was essentially water with mango flavour, and this is what $7-8 - disgusting. To top it off, the straw that they give you, only reaches to the top of the lid so you can't even drink from the straw, how about investing in a straw that stays above the top? I was only in the area at the time but i'll remind myself if i'm in the area and really want bubble tea to avoid this place. not recommended
