I needed some Eppendorf centrifuge tubes quickly and POCD got them out to me the same day!Excellent service.

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever received. After placing an order with all of my correct information and correct address and paying $40 for overnight shipping for a product urgently needed for my diabetic dog, they somehow delivered it to the incorrect address. Upon checking all of my emails and confirmations, I had definitely put down the correct address. So I phoned them, expecting a new product to be sent out. Instead I was faced with a very unhelpful and incredibly rude lady, who confirmed that I had in fact put the right address in but apparently the courier company is at fault (I have no idea how they would have gotten a random address by themselves) so she suggested that I drive a total of 2 hours to pick up the product from where it was incorrectly delivered to. At this point I did not feel as though I should have to collect my product on my own as the company is at fault. After explaining this point she said; ‘I mustn’t care enough for my dog, if I wouldn’t drive to get it’ which I was gobsmacked that someone would say that, especially in a professional interaction. In the end all that was resolved was a refund of the shipping cost and I now have to drive 2 hours to collect the item that they delivered incorrectly to a different address and to pay more in petrol then I paid for the overnight shipping cost. I 100% wouldn’t use this company again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.

Personally they were terrible at responding I sent them 3 emails and they did not respond I even called them which they then referred me to a different person to call and which that person told me to send them an email to a person from the company that did not respond to me. I even filled out the form on their website and that didn't work it. Please don't waste your time they are garbage if I could I would have gave them 0 stars.

Hopeless to deal with, would not admit to mistakes and worst customer service, stay away!!!

Excellent service from Point of Care, Delivery always quick, easy to deal with. Will continue doing business in the future
