The staff in the store are so helpful and friendly, today I was served by two lovely ladies in the morning, excellent customer service!

Great goods

I’ve never been treated this way in the store before. The workers decided not to restock the shelves during the busy christmas period, when there was adequate stock in the draws. The lady beside me had opened the draw prior to me deciding to do the same, as there was nothing left on the shelf. Instead of asking if I needed assistance, the rude worker proceeded to slam the draw in front of me and yell at me for doing so. I was then watched as I kept browsing to purchase my christmas gifts but then decided to leave after feeling uncomfortable in the situation and decided to purchase at Mecca instead. I have shopped many times at this Sports girl and am now hesitant to return. 19/12/22, approx 9PM.

I visited here to buy a gift, the staff were friendly and helpful and the gift went down a treat!
