Never come back this place again!! Very bad decision to choose this place to stay...kitchen very dirty glass and kitchen equipment greasy this is the first thing i want to say. I am writing comments on this time because i can't wait for tomorrow..at least warning other people be careful with that decision. My room number is 6 and today is 1/09/2018. Price for one night stay is $145.Room stated getting cold(10:10pm) and there is no extra blanket in the wardrobe. I called hotel 074638**** there is a man answering my call. I tell him shold put one extra blanket in the wardrobe( which i think is normal thing to do and most of the place will do). When I realize the liveing room aircon doesn't work I called him again(around 10:45pm) all I want to know is how to make the aircon work because the room is getting very very cold... after that I know this aircon actually takes about 5 min to start working after turn it on. But he(who ever answer the phone ) losses his patience and... and then...the most quirkiness speak comes from his mouthyou have to understand we are closed now and i am on the bed you keep weak me up! If you want to leave your room That's fine!"(with very rude mood and a loud unconscionable voice)Ps: I am so curious that who has the management rights of this place? Is he/she licensed? Does this business owner ever care about this place?Thank you for whoever migh read this comment and all the words been written is what happened for real and is true. I wish I could help more visitors enjoy them stay in toowoomba. Because toowoomba is a such nice city to stay."

We have stayed here many times over the years and it has always been a pleasure, the apartments are always extremely clean and tidy, with Spare blankets in the wardrobe. The heating has always worked. The only thing I don't like is the rain shower but that is nothing because the beds are so comfy and we always have a great sleep! Amanda & her husband are very accommodating

Great service from Trent and Amanda. They were very accommodating and helpful making my stay a real pleasure. I'll definitely be staying with them again the next time I'm in Toowoomba.

1 star review definitely didn't stay in my room, or it's been renovated since because mine was lovely. Comfy beds, cold aircon and a monster shower, what more could you want from a hotel... It's got nice tiled floors, stone bench tops, washing machine, oven, the lot, very clean and modern.
