I’ve gone here three times now and can say for sure that these ladies know what they’re doing!Removal is gentle and Chin is so fast but accurate at doing my nails. I don’t find getting my nails done relaxing at all so I love a quick job. My SNS has never chipped, it’s never done too thick and the ladies are generally careful when buffing/grinding the nails. My nails have always been shaped perfectly. Good variety of colours available too.Can’t say I have any complaints except the wait is long if you don’t have an appointment.

Highly recommend this beauty Salon fantastic customer service. I had a design I wanted, the nail technician explained in detail if it would suit my hands etc. Prior to starting my nails a quote was provided.

This was the worst pedicure I have ever had, I was treated less then a person. The lady who did my pedicure pretended to scrub my feet for 3 seconds then stopped and applied scrub then wiped it off straight away, then got a hot towel, the massage had been skipped and lotion not applied which is apart of the price and the experience.I wasn’t talked to only slapped when they wanted me to move my feet. I had said the water was cold, but nothing was done, the store was empty so they had time to be accommodating.My friend was also getting a pedicure with me and had the same experience however her lady left to do an eyebrow was mid way and never came back to finish her so my lady finished painting her toes and didn’t tell her she was finished or apply cuticle oil.When came payment I was told they were only accepting cash that day, and then I said this was the worst experience and got told I should have spoken up if I was unhappy and that they spent an hour on us when their pedicures only go for 25 minutes, which we should’ve been happy with.

My go-to nail salon, I’m here every 3-5 weeks, love my nails every time.Highly recommend :)

Used to be my favourite nail salon, but ever since Sally left it has seemingly gone down hill. The customer service is terrible, you won’t even be greeted when you enter the door, you will just be stared at by staff until you decide to initiate in conversation. The prices are also always constantly changing as well, not sure if they are attempting to rip customers off but it’s incredibly disappointing. I was also charged $15 for a nail removal, every other time I’ve always paid $10 so not sure where these changes have come from, and why customers aren’t being notified about any sudden price increases. I’ve loved this salon for years but no longer feel comfortable going there.

Honest with wait times and take time and care with your nails.They genuinely want you to leave happy and satisfied. Not only that I walked in with 3 different designs and she picked the hardest one to do and nailed it!!!!

Absolutely amazing service. Even from consultation on their Instagram page, the conversation flowed smoothly and I was able to book in for 3 of my sisters and myself.Upon entry, we were taken care of, and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The final results of my nails are clean, pristine, and looks stunning. Exclusive shout out to Sally, who painted custom designs on my sisters, and my nails, and the gentleman whose name I didn’t catch, but helped find the colours from the inspirations we had on our phones.
