Telling my mum she “looks like a browser” is not the way to treat any person. Considering she wants to renovate her house and was after some polite advice and inspiration from the shop assistants. She’s been really excited for weeks about this, and is now extremely disheartened and left the store upset after she was handed magazines and told to “look on the website”. Unsure why you have shop assistants?
