The food was exceptional, the staff were more than happy to serve with us with a smile on their face and plenty of Christmas cheer. Definitely will go again next year.

Went Saturday night & 3 of us wanted mash & veg with the parmi instead of chips & salad...didn't realise they charge astronomical prices this...so they charged us $51 extra on top if our meals for mash & veg $8 for veg & $9 for Mash...got a refund on the mash & veg & went with chips & salad...what a joke!!!! I don't even know how you could even suggest such a price!

I enjoyed my Avo chicken parma, it came with chips & a basic salad. However I really wanted veg but it was an extra $9 for the separate bowl - so no you don't get the choice of salad or veg. You have to ASK for a menu & you CAN pay at the counter but they prefer that you use the scan the QR code" nope I'm old school"

Very disappointing service unfortunately and I have to say I was stunned when ordering and I asked if I could swap the salad for a few veggies and was advised that it would cost an extra $9. The chicken Parma was edible, the chips dry and hard. 3 strikes for this pub for me so I will go elsewhere in future.

Went for lunch today with some friends (6 adults, 1 child, 1 baby). The pub was almost empty when we arrived. Went inside where we were greeted with a snarl. We asked if it would be possible to get a table as we didn’t have a booking. The lady seemed extremely annoyed but said she’d see if there was anything free. Came back to tell us there was only one tall table available (not ideal with a child and a baby). We dined for just over an hour, meanwhile there were still plenty of free tables outside, the deck barely had anybody on it. This is not the first time we’ve dined and been told there aren’t enough tables but they’ll “squeeze” us in, only to eat and there still be plenty of free tables. Really odd to have reserved signs on every table when they clearly aren’t… service was quite average. When we asked about all the free tables at the end of our meal we were told people were “coming soon”. Pretty disappointed.

Family had meal there tonight, so disappointing..I had the cesar Salad and I couldn't eat it, there were that many anchovies it made the Salad so salty it was inedible..plus two of our family members had finished their meal before we even received ours....won't be back again

Great venue. Staff are lovely. We go there regularly for girls' night out. Have done for years. We had to send one meal back as the crumbed meat was overdone. There is only one choice for vegans. A Buddha bowl, which is ok but not a lot of effort, just salad in a bowl really.. Years ago, we could get a vegetable curry, which was nice but not anymore. The hotel's response was that they are not a restaurant and not to expect the same variety." I don't believe that's a valid point

It's good food reasonably priced but the seats are always reserved all of them we went for dinner they did give us a seat and I think one other family turned up while we were there so don't no why all tables are booked

Won’t be back. Asked to move to table inside because it was too windy. Ordered meal through app at table inside. 30 minutes later went and asked how long it would be. Was asked where we sat initially and she checked the dockets, walked out to our original table where they’d left our meals and brought them in to me at the counter. I advised it wasn’t all there. The response was ‘yes it is. This is all you ordered.’ I said ‘no it’s not.’ Response ‘well what else did you order?’ I said ‘the Parma chicken on special.’ She said that wasn’t ordered. I said it was. She advised I’d have to show her our receipt so I pulled out my phone and showed her and she said she’d get it put on for us. When she returned with it she apologised and said we could have a free drink when we wanted it. After the meal my husband asked another staff member if we could have our free drink. Her response was ‘oh we don’t normally offer that. Who told you that you could have a free drink?’ We pointed the lady out and were brought our drink. I ordered the brownie dessert which is meant to come (according to the pic and description on the menu app) with choc sauce, strawberry, cream and ice cream. I got a brownie in the middle of a side plate with some choc sauce and a small dob of cream - no ice cream and no strawberry! Very disappointing. It used to be great food and great service.

Good food, happy with all dishes. Very generous portions. Fish Gumbo was particularly good. Kids dishes nice as well, so big that small kids could share a meal. All prices fair. Seating comfortable, its a Pub restaurant, so not fancy but its really ok and nice for families. Lots of parking available. Wheelchair ramp in place. Next to bottle shop. Friendly service.
