Cafe La Hoot
What a great little set up, just over from park and pool, and just up from the camping reserve, this place was non stop every time we went past, so decided to give it a go before heading home, n did not disappoint, ( sadly I never saw the menu's to side of the entry, didn't realised they do cook to order, one to remember next time)We ordered a latte, hot chocolate and a home made Monte Carlo, it was even better than Arnott's ones.....I so want more......just be prepared for a bit of a wait, you won't regret it....staff are fantastic too....

Cafe La Hoot
Cute little cafe next to playground and public toilets, which makes it a perfect stop on the highway.But I'd go here just for it's rustic feel and warm outdoor sitting under a gum tree. Food is awesome and coffee is sensational. I had a latte with muffin and both hit the spot.I'd highly recommend making a stop here.

A nice cafe with friendly staff. Quality food and good coffee. Staffs are a bit slow specially during the rush hour. The parking is easy and accessible. A good public toilet. Good playground for kids. We had a quick stop on our way to Melbourne.

Just have to love these hidden treasures. Coffee was great as was the muffin. Seating in the garden gives it a very relaxed feeling

Open Good Friday! Stopped for a delicious coffee, meat and veggie pies and a slice. Highly recommend, best sauce distribution on a pie I have ever had! 5 star everything ⭐️

Beautiful setting next to Barwon River with playground for kids and public toilets7. Lot of avian wildlife (cockatoos in the gum trees having a great time)8. Great coffee!!

Not much choice in Winchelsea but this was a gem of a find… nice service and quirky dining room…plenty of outside seating for a warm day

Cafe La Hoot
It’s a very lovely place. Staff is very friendly and food is yummy. We had our lunch here on the way to Melbourne. It’s a very lovely stop over and kids were enjoying a play in the park too. A lot of owl statuses in the cafe, very cute! Thanks for the enjoyable meal!

Best coffee in town. Fair trade. Quality food, reasonable prices. Popular with locals - including local police. Many regulars. Staff friendly. Parking off the main road is good for unloading children. Good public toilet is very close. Covid safe. Nice outdoor seating. Also plenty of picnic tables and a shelter in adjacent park. Great journey break. Suitable for families.

Great spot to stop on our road trip. Delicious food, nice coffee and smoothies, friendly staff. Gluten free options, dog friendly seating outside. Well worth a visit.
