Security officers please read this before going Nexar Group . These people will hire you on permanent part time basis but hours won't be guaranteed. Back in the days when I worked for them they didn't really have much work but that silly what'sapp group where they keep sharing silly stuff other than shifts . My personal experience wasn't really great and I doubt if they still hire on casual basis just to avoid paying casual rates . They advertise we pay award rates" but that's not really true bcz they don't really guarantee the shifts as per their capacity. By law when hired someone on permanent part time basis they have to make sure to give them part time hours or pay the wage if they fail to do so. I will be complaining to fairworks soon so I can have my back pay cz i was part time for nearly 6 months and only had couple of shifts. all big companies looking for more and more people I would suggest just ignore them and work for someone who is not dodgy and pay in line with employment type and proper award."

The work environment isn't as good as it looks. Gives the employers a tough time. Been there and experienced it. Please avoid this firm.
