I ordered for Cup cakes 5 days in advance, before 30 minutes pickup time ,she called me and asked she can't do it the way i asked. And when i went to pick up , it blows my mind to see what she did was totally opposites what i asked. And she got Very Rude when i asked her thats not what i want. She told me not to come back again. That was the peak of ruthless Customer Service Experienced i ever had. If she couldn't do it, she could have told me earlier so i ordered somewhere else. She left me with no choice now! I still paid her for that!Never going back again, and don't recommend anyone going there!
