Extremley disappointed in Charles' Xue. 66% of the residents in the building have made a complaint regarding one of his tenants and he refuses to issue a breach notice or do anything to fix the issue apart from forward our emails and suggest we continue to call the police. He appears to be happy to collect revenue for 'managing' a property but it appears he isn't willing to do anything about it.Would not recommend.
