Gospel Pianos

I've bought several keyboards from this shop over the last 20+ years and I keep coming back. Great variety of pianos, helpful staff. Good prices. I recently bought a Knabe upright piano from Gospel pianos, lovely instrument. I'm very happy with eveything. The delivery people were very careful with my new piano and with my walls as they were moving it in. Another great experience. I'll be back!

If I had another chance I would have bought the piano elsewhere. The service is good, a lot of promises made but so far, even the first one have not been kept. We bought a $20K piano and was promised a free service two weeks after delivery. I believe we are already in the third month and I have called twice and promised that the service people will call to book an appointment but todate NOTHING!! I guess this would be one of the horrible experience where you have to keep rininging to get service and attention. I dread to think what will happen when the other free service comes due and we need to have the piano properly tuned.Really disappointed! Will try calling them again to get the service done.EDIT: I am impressed by management attitude towards my complaint and they have taken every effort to train their staff to look after their customers especially after sales which is so important in this trade. Since my review above, Gospel piano have serviced the piano twice and each time, Mr Kim, has done a thorough and professional job. Thank you Sarah. I have now changed my rating to a 5 star for Gospel Piano.

We bought a piano today with Christina. She has been extremely kind, patient, helpful and offered us a good price. Can't be happier! Definitely recommend this store.

Personally I would recommend to try and buy piano here. There are very good staff, particularly one gentleman called Norman, we whole family love his demo and introduction for different series of pianos. He is fully knowledgeable about piano and gave us a good suggestions, stood in our boot. The service is perfect as well, it delivered fast and piano in good shape. If your kid is at entry level, as suggested, better to chose European piano rather than Japanese ones such Kawai or yamaha which are pretty sharp may be not as warm as European ones. Just my two cents and hope this helpful.In general, good staff, good piano in good price and good service. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Wonderful pianos and a fabulous tuning experience! Gospel are so generous with their 3(!!) free tunes after purchase. And their expert technician/ tuner Mr Lee is brilliant. Thank you Gospel for my newly installed Bechstein upright. It sings like an angel!!!

We recently purchased from Gospel Piano a C.Bechstein Academy A190 grand piano. We chose this model for the distinctive dynamics, resonating warm tone and unique clarity in sound. After shopping around all day on a Saturday for our daughter's first piano, we returned to Gospel Pianos as they offered us a very competitive price.We purchased a Kholer & Campbell KC121 MD EP which was promptly delivered to our home the following Wednesday. The piano was quickly installed and our daughter was able to start playing immediately. We also got some free accessories.A friend of ours who is a piano teacher could not believe the great sound quality of our piano for the price we paid. She said that kind of quality comes with pianos worth thousands more. The whole experience and the service were very professional. As well as that, we have an extra free tuning and 15 years parts and labour warranty.I would recommend Gospel Pianos if you want quick professional service at a great price.

I recently purchased a digital piano from Gospel Pianos Top Ryde. I met a lovely gentleman, Norman, who was very helpful and able to efficiently round down the options based on the features that I wanted (and within my budget!). I also enjoyed his playing so I could get a good idea of the output (far better than my rusty skills!!). Great customer service!! And very happy with my piano!!

High quality pianos especially C. Bechstein lines - brillian tones and action that helps to achive all dynamic ranges. After-sales service is excellent!
