My hairdresser was Masi, who managed to make my dark brown hair look like a natural strawberry blonde. It took two appointments since I have a sensitive scalp that didn't like the bleach but it was done well.The pricing was very good and I highly recommend her as a hairdresser. Thank you!

Do you want to know how bad customer service can be? If you do, then come here & find out.I booked an appointment at 11:30 on Saturday & I started getting served after 2.5 hours. There’s only one hairdresser & she’s serving 5/6 customers by herself & trying to multitask.I’m never coming back here again.

Horrible experience. The lady ruined my hair and she doesn't know how to cut hair. Avoid this shop if you love your hair. WORST HAIRCUT in my life and I am not exaggerating.

Extremely poor customer services.Staff can't even tell the difference between crew cut and undercut, charging 25 dollars for a 10-minute haircut service. Will never visit again.
