Was here the other day, spent 15 minutes looking for jeans.There was a young guy in the store who was more interested in looking and laughing at stuff on his phone then serving me.The way he talked to other staff was disappointing and honestly unacceptable.Jay jays should look to hire better staff and i think this experience shows the bad hiring practices of this store.

I know I should probably shop not at a chain but I love their jeans, it’s the only place I know I can get a pair of jeans that fit. My current ones are prefect for with working with children as they are high waisted, no belt loops and stretchy thus I can be on the floor very easily.

The atmosphere in this store is so bad I felt uncomfortable just being in the store.A young man who ignored my questions as he was too busy on TikTok and abusing other staff members.Very disappointing will not be making the trip back to this store.

A wonderful clothing store offering excellent service. I was given a friendly welcome by Lachlan upon entering the store. After a short browse he offered assistance when asked, checking out the back and found the t-shirt in the size I was looking for. Tim, the Store Manager engaged in a positive conversation about his Team. Sam at the service counter was polite and friendly. I highly recommend you shop at this store, if you want quality clothing and friendly, efficient service.

Really glad with today’s experience, I was look for pants and I have sensory issues, the employee who served me was really understanding, accomodating and supportiveI didn’t get her name, but she was great and I appreciated her patience and tone

The clothes are very nice but there's one problem. I'm a xxs but they still don't fit me because there to big.Still an AMAZING place to go for good clothes
