Excellent customer service, did some tasting which was fabulous....try before you buy. It is a boutique bottle shop and has what you need for the night. Great local wines & Scotches.

Not a huge selection but for a very small town, it’s got all the basics. Good selection of local wines. I think there’s an oppertunity to make the place look really funky, feels a little too much like a corner grocery store rather than a bottle shop.

Good service in person, but try putting a phone order through. Angela left me on hold for over 10 minutes and has obviously forgotten about me. 20 minutes later and the phone is still engaged because she has forgotten that she's put me on hold as soon as answering. Great job Angela! #trainingneededUpdate: from 2:44pm to at least 4:16pm the phone was engaged, meaning the moron didn't even realise she hadn't hung up the phone. I eventually tried again at 5:29pm and got her again. I simply asked to pay for a couple of bottles of port for my Dad's birthday & he'd pick them up. She then asked me to call back in 5 minutes so she could call her boss to ask what port there was.Ummmmmm......enough already! Have ordered a Dan Murphy's voucher instead.I have used this bottle shop a few times in the past to arrange birthday presents for my parents. I won't be doing this ever again!
