Store sold half its floor space to total tools. Good for timber and sheeting ect, not much stock left in the actual store section.

Went in the other day! And had one of the best customer experiences! All the staff were super lovely and sooo helpful. They really went out of their way for me. Especially in the morning wen everyone is still got the morning grumps. I wish you guys sold groceries so I could just come in and hang out.

Very poor example of what this store use to be and i hope you don't trouble the staff. Seems everything is too much of an effort for them. Pathetic...

The owner screamed, swore and abused me when I picked up my click and collect order. No one told me on the phone that the posted hours had changed. In fact 2 different team members told me different hours when I asked to clarify so it seems like they’re just making it up.As I was sitting parked at the gate trying to call them, the owner came out and screamed at me to move my car and insulted me. He threatened to damage my car and used abusive, offensive language. When I got my phone out to record him, he suddenly completely changed his tone and denied everything.Eventually another team member brought out my single item, even though the owner told me no one was inside. It seems like that would have been the easiest option all along rather than everyone getting worked up!

I placed a Click and Collect order 9 days ago. After 3 days I started trying to chase it down as had not heard anything. No one responded to emails or messages. On day 9 I called and spoke with someone, the order was there but had not been actioned in 9 days. Scotty Cam advertises to support your local Mitre 10, well after this experience NEVER again!

Staff incredibly helpful. Unfortunately business downsizing so hardly any stock. Would be very helpful if head office could adjust website to save people wasting their time.

I live locally and this store is very conveniently nearby. My requirements are never large or difficult but the staff are always courteous and helpful. Update June 2022. Suggest you check the current offer as Just Tools have replaced the general hardware.

The lady that was supposed to serve me offered the worst customer service I've ever received. We turn up following the COVID safe plan, checkin while wearing masks and as we approach the door she locks it 25 minutes before the listed closing time. I mention we're here to collect a plant and she waves me off and turns her back and walks off. I won't be shopping here again and I'll definitely be taking my hard earned money to Bunnings in the future. Not good enough.

Pathetic service.I placed a C&C order for an item. They didn't tell me it was out of stock until I phoned to ask when it would be available. Then it took a week and a half to get it from their warehouse.I placed another order for a couple of brushes. They told me they were out of stock and they then took 2 WEEKS to get them in. When I picked them up they were of poor quality so I told them I wanted to immediately return them for a refund. They said they could not do that and I needed to come back in 2 days to return them!ZERO customer service mentality. Maybe it's because this store is not an independent operator?

Decent enough. Not the largest hardware store so lacking in a few items. The total tools next door his helpful though.
