Had my first car serviced when I was 18 at IWIM motors. Mark by far is the best in Melbourne. Honest, Timley & Provides Quality Work. I moved out of the area for a few years only recently moved back to the neighbour hood. Exactly the same excellent service from the first day I walked in. I now know never to take my car anywhere else! Well worth the trip!

I honestly do not do reviews unless warranted but this is first time I am doing because I sincerely appreciate the values and amazing customer service experience presented by Mark and team. Indeed this place is thorough, problem solving, well spoken, courteous and most importantly effective listerner. I would hardly regard Mark and team and recommend to anyone who are looking to repair their car. They are honest and clearly explain to me what needs doing on my car and do it for a reasonable price. Excellent quality work on my Citroen! ❤️❤️. Thanks Mark and team!

Bolts missing, random wrong bolts in major area's, charged for things they did not touch or replace.Just wants to do oil changes. Not much else.Cant work on any pre 2000 car. Good luck with electric cars. And your bmw's porch's that they touch.Worst mechanics ever.Lies to your face over and over.And still doesn't know how to fix nothing even when it spent well over 6 visits at 2-5 days each time? .Rought . Edit, found more snapped bolts and wrong size, about the 5th one now. You put this throttle body on with the snapped bolt also, not as major as others ive found after he worked on it/wrecked it. Shame Mark.

Have been utilising the services of Mark and his team for a couple of years now, and I continue to be very happy with it. I appreciate that Mark values honesty and good workmanship. It shows in how he always ask for a list of concerns, attends to each one of it, calls to give his evaluation about whether or not something needs replacing or can wait for later before proceeding.He also gave me an air freshener!
