Dog First Aid Australia
My daughter & I did the course yesterday. Ashley was a great teacher. Put us all at ease with his down to earth nature & was very knowledgeable & experienced. No question was too hard for him. We learnt so much. Hope we never have to use it but confident if we do, we're well prepared. Most comprehensive Dog 1st Aid course we could find. Highly recommend.ThanksSarah & KiaraS&K Sitters, Gold Coast.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course, practising on training aids and talking through some of the more difficult decisions we may have to make in a trauma scenario, such as whether to prioritise transport or treatment.

Completed on the weekend the Dog First Aid Course run by Ash.Excellent day. Ash is a natural teacher; honest, forthright and at all times himself, which allows his intense love of dogs and caring for them to come through. If you have a pet then you need to be prepared to look after them when everything goes t!ts up, to give them the best chance before you get them to the vet. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.Plenty of hands-on activities to give you confidence should the need arise.Highly recommended for all dog owners.

I was disappointed with the course. Too much talk, not enough hands on dog first aid. We spent more time learning to stuff a wound (which is less likely to happen) than learning how to manage and deal with more common injuries like cuts, scrapes or smaller wounds.I felt like the presenter was more interested in talking himself up that actually teaching first aid.

A well invested day to learn about the best of health for your dog. We want to go travelling in remote areas and now I have the confidence that my dog will be in good hands if anything occurs on our travels.Ash explained everything in plain English with practical demonstrations to ensure we all understood how & why of each procedure. This is a great investment if you own a dog. Whilst it won't replace a vet, it just may make the difference of your dog surviving an accident or bite etc until you can get to the vet.Highly recommend this course.

Awesome course. Thoroughly enjoyed the day. The information provided was great and the assistance with the practical tasks were really good. The learning environment is light hearted and welcoming, which is great when it comes to serious knowledge and learningAsh's knowledge and professional experience are fantastic. Highly recommend this course.
