I've been trying to put in to words how utterly disappointed I am with this store. I came to my home town from Canberra to get a custom wedding dress made here that included my late mother's wedding dress. The project was started well over a year from my wedding and six months out they cancel because it was going to be too hard since I was moving further away. This is totally unacceptable. I'm devastated that I won't be able to have my mother with me on my wedding day and now have to scramble to get a dress organised. The service here, while the laies who run it are lovely, was unorganised. Get a contract or something in writing. That's my advice.

My sister and I recently had a bridal appointment with Carla and she was amazing from start to finish. She made us feel so welcome and valued from the moment we walked into the store. Her honest advice and experience was obvious when she picked out things that were both beautiful and flattering when we tried them on. She then followed up our appointment with a detailed email with all of our favourite dresses. Carla has a very soft and gentle approach, and this helped us relax and enjoy the experience. Highly recommend.
