Went into the shop for new tyres, No one at front desk, guy in other room was asleep for 10 minutes, after pressing bell twice. Couldn't find my car when it was parked out the front , after I explained where it was parked. Then charges me an extra $ 20.46 for tapping my card!!!!

Had tyre rotation and alignment.Would have thought checking tyre pressure was part of the service.Clearly not as it was not done.Disappointed with lack of attention to basic detail.
