Bracken Ridge Family Practice

What wonderful staff at the Bracken Ridge Family Practice, always happy, pleasant and very helpful. Nothing is is a problem to them, they always make me feel good when I go in for my appointments. My doctors I would follow anywhere, and have done. Thank you everyone, see you again in 3 weeks.

I just wanted to say how much I rely on a Medical Centre and Bracken Ridge Family Practice fulfills all of those requirements.. The medical staff are very professional and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The two girls at Reception, Kirsty and Lexie are always happy and accommodating and look after anything that needs organising... Very happy.. Merv

Truly disappointed.I booked appointment for my 7 month old daughter, but unfortunately although availability they refused to see her as she’s a new patient.

Turned up for appointment, receptionist tells me very rudely she has tried to ring me several times that my apointment is canceled due to someone being away. Like its my fault ive turned up?Im very confused by her rudeness & also as i havent got a call , nor missed any calls. I checked the no. she was calling , its my no. Ive said would you like to see my phone as ive recieved no calls recieve nor missed or any messages left. She said no ive called many times i dont need to see your phone.I even got a txt alert to confirm appoint.All she had to say is im so sorry we havent rung to cancel i would of accepted that ... but blaming me for turning up, being rude & lying is just next level

Such poor practice where they have no consideration for your problem if you are a new patient. The GP was available but the moment they heard I am a new patient they said they won't take me in despite my explaining to her that it was a bit urgent. Become a human first before becoming a Doctor.

Great atmosphere, clean uncluttered very spacious medical center . Parking just adjacent to the clinic's entrance. Bonus part there is also an available Pathology services onsite. Dr Win was very attentive . This is my 2nd time at the clinic and highly appreciate the Medical teams provided outstanding customer service. Dr. Prasad was really helpful, addressed all the health matters that have been raised and very thorough. Overall the whole team the Bracken Ridge Medical Clinic team are Highly Recommended for anyone seeking medical advice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr Leeza Kurian is incredible! She is so empathetic, kind, understanding and actually listens to your concerns. There aren’t many doctors like her that exist! She has helped me and my family tremendously and I’m forever grateful we found such a reliable, consistent GP. The admin staff are always helpful and polite at Bracken Ridge Doctors also, nothing is ever too much of a hassle.From my own experience I have seen them order a taxi for someone, assist in finding the best appointment time, listened when someone needed urgent care etc.Thank you for being a consistently helpful GP practice for me and my family!

Bracken ridge family practice has to be one of the best medical practice’s on the north side of brisbane Dr Tommy and the medical team are extremely knowledgeable and always there to help
