I wish I could give 0 to this hair salon!! I want to write a long review maybe help someone!!!!!I went there just before my Europe holiday and I had a photo shooting for my wedding, few weeks before I went there I went to the other branch of this salon in Bondi and they were amazing, but this Eastgardens branch !!!!I don’t know how to start, I explained To them that I have already done the half foil for top section of my hair and I just want to do my roots retouch and the other half of my hair to be foiled so I get a full head highlight, instead of retouching my hair regrowth they put bleach on top of the previous bleach that’s done 3 weeks prior ! And they left the bleach on my hair without checking !! The Manager I think her name is Mariam asked inexperience young lady to wash my hair and put the toner , she missed a lot of hair without putting toner.The manager came in the last part which was drying my hair and strongly she wasn’t brushing it , she left my hair half wet because she didn’t want me to see what is happened to my hair ! I asked her to get the hair dryer and brush and dry my hair myself !!!! OMG as soon as I start brushing my hair was breaking to small pieces and fell down, it was all burnt and 3-4 different colour for my highlights!When I asked her she said yes, unfortunately, your hair is really damaged and you shouldn’t use brush for brushing it because it make the hair break down and fell off , also don’t foil it for a while, I show her all the different highlight colour and said I wanted to bottom part of my hair to be like a top part and she said yes sorry this is your previous highlight and this is the new one and we can’t match it( and she didn’t mention some of the highlights is pure bleach Color because they missed putting the toner on)At the end, they were smiling and charged me the full amount!doing this to someone with my hair type is an art no one can do except in this salon.So far I spend 3 times more than what I paid to them to the other salons for treatment but still, my hair is really really damaged.I add a photo to my review but properly doesn't show the damage, but you can see how bad their work is.

Hackjob worth zero starsThey destroyed my long hair after I asked for a 2 inch trim and layering. Pictures speak for themselves. Got a refund after they offered to try fix it but I was scared they would make it worse. The only thing that will fix it is cutting it off short. I'm furious. Save your money.

It was my first time coming here and the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The person I had cutting my hair (I forgot her name, but she had short, blonde hair) provided helpful tips and advice to suit my needs. Overall, a great experience with them :)

Pauline is my go to hairdresser.But all the staff are so lovely.This is the only place I go to and have done for several years.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - Stylez ruined my healthy blonde hair and not only snapped it all off, but turned my white blonde colour to grey/green. I haven't left my house since the colouring service because I'm that self-conscious about it. If there was an option for 0 stars, I'd be choosing that. So upset. I should also mention that this service costed around $450.00!! I will never be returning, and I recommend others don't either!

Good morning to your Team!Just wanted to thank Mariam and the Team for a great colour/massage/and blow dry last night (Thursday night).I was very happy with the colour and will be going back, very efficient and the massage and dry off were excellent! My hair is so shiny, they took their time to work out the correct colour also!It's hard to find a good hairdresser, Thanks Melissa

My first experience at Stylz was amazing from the start. The consultation I received by Angel before my transformation was great. I entered with damaged, bleached hair.. & now I’ve walked out with healthy, treated hair. Would highly recommend Stylz.

Today was my first visit to Stylz and I am impressed. Staff was helpful and friendly.Girl named Seda did my colour, foils and cut. She did a great job on my tired, damaged hair, I'm really happy with the outcome.I will certainly be back.
