Shutters are fantastic quality and all work was completed promptly, within allotted timeframe and to high standard. We had a great experience with Ultimate Shutter getting strong, steel Fortress shutters made in Vic and fitted in WA to all the doors and windows of our house, even through these COVID times. We chose Fortress after testing samples against several other options for fire and impact resistance as we are on a bush block and really wanted to reinforce our homes most vulnerable points.In all our dealings, Ultimate Shutter were always professional, quick, accurate and competent as was their local installer. I would certainly go back to them for any other shutter jobs I ever come across.

I was very impressed with Ultimate Shutter, from first contact with the sales team through to the installation. i was kept up to date throughout the process and everyone turned up when they said they would. I had double shutters installed for garage doors. They are strong and look great. There is a slight fall across the concrete driveway, the shutters close it off perfectly. From the start, ordering our colour samples off their website, Ultimate Shutter were very professional. Our colour samples arrived only a few days after ordering them. One of my main concerns with going with Ultimate Shutter was the fact that the manufacturing and main headquarters was in Melbourne and we live in Sydney. Our concerns were put to rest by the professionalism of the team in Melbourne and the team in Sydney- in particular the installers and electrician. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The shutters were manufactured in the agreed time and installed without any fuss. The results are great, we ordered the Slimline range, they look very modern and do a fantastic job blocking out the outside world when closed- we’ve never slept so good!!..

The roller shutters were installed just over 12 months ago for the tenancies in the Niche Markets. I have found that their after sales service is great and they were only too happy to help.

We have seven shutters that protect our south-facing home from wind and storms that occur in the Northern Rivers of NSW. Excellent pre-sales service gave me the confidence to do the installation myself. Shutters came well packaged and millimeter-perfect making installation as easy as possible. They have been up for about a year and are working well. Now when wild weather is around we just 'shut the shields' and wait for the storm to pass (the biggest wind gust they have endured so far is 120 km/hr). The biggest selling point for us was their ability to cover a wide opening with multiple shutters and removable mullions. It only takes about a minute to go from 'wide open' to completely shut. Initially, we planned to only use the shutters during storms, but now we use them all the time for summer and winter insulation, and to create a cinema effect in the living area. Post-sales service has also been excellent, with Damien helping to customize the remote control and even replacing it when it stopped working. Overall, an excellent product and a pleasure to deal with.
