I chose James to sell my property as he had a clear plan for the sale, he was straight to the point, honest and didn’t overpromise. Agents I had previously spoken to didn’t seem to understand what I wanted. James also has a strong knowledge of the area and the market, understands buyer demographic, and works hard to get good results. He has strong integrity and respect for his profession, and won’t tell you what you want to hear just to get the listing.
