BNB Butler

I have been a client of BNB Butler for many years and have no hesitation in recommending them. Charlotte took on my small apartment when other companies would not. They look after everything - posting on homestay sites, calendars, cleaning (sparkling clean), messaging guests. They are polite, quick to respond and aim to get the correct information to guests by getting answers from me when needed (e.g.parking details). I've trusted Charlotte's recommendations (e.g. pricing) and she has always been right. You will not regret working with BNB Butler.

Charlotte and her team have been managing our property in Elwood for some time and we can highly recommend them. We've had experience with other property managers up in the mountains, and you expect the occasional minor hiccup, and Charlotte's crew have been very reliable. The apartment is consistently cleaned and they have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions including dealing with guests who've locked themselves out, watering the garden when the watering system had to be switched off, buying a new kettle and generally dealing with different guest requirements.

Charlotte and her team have a lot of experience in running short term stays. Their professional approach to the day to day issues which includes dealing with difficult situations and clients have been much appreciated. Would recommend +++

I have a property in Richmond that I list with My BnB Butler and I have found them nothing but professional and very easy to get along with. The whole system is very transparent and you are listed as a co host so you can see how long it takes them to respond and also the reply from the guest. I find that very helpful. Other management groups I have used do not have this system and are far less responsive and even struggled to get payments.Charlotte is more than happy to take feedback and implement anything she can to improve her business and help the owner, hence more bookings for you. I would highly highly recommend My BnB Butler , they are very efficient, nothing is a problem and they pay you twice a mth with out any questions or hesitations..Again nothing but praise for Charlotte and her team from My BnB Butler .
