Good sized hot yoga room, well regulated temperature and ceiling fans, clean showers and and toilets - plus close to transport. Lovely teachers..

I really enjoyed the hot yoga class with Alison. I don’t do hot yoga very often. Alison was terrific, she made me feel very comfortable.

Since the first class you may feel different it improves your mind and your body learning to breath, stretch and relax I totally recommend this place no matter your fitness level or your Shape Is a great place to start to improve your fitness level.

For someone who not only practices Yoga but teaches it, I have never met anyone as rude as this lady (who I believe is the owner) I met this afternoon. I made 3 phone calls throughout the day to discuss my concerns about it being hot yoga with no response so I went to the studio to see if I was able to have a look around to get a feel for the place. Unfortunately, I didn't even get through the front door as I was met with hostility. Absolutely disgusting for a company who is meant to practising something so relaxing and harmonious.

I was in Brisbane visiting my parents and joined for a fantastic monthly trial with unlimited sessions. The people are what really make this place a safe haven to try your yoga practice. I immediately felt reassured by owner Sherry and instructor Kaz before my first session after which I was hooked for another 15 sessions !! I cannot recommend Bikram Yoga North Brisbane highly enough ! Thank you guys !

If you want a yoga studio which is supportive and friendly, this is definitely the place to practice. I have been going here for 4 years now and no matter who is teaching, it’s always a great class. Thanks Sherry for creating such a positive space. Great diversity of classes too!
