WORST Massage I’ve EVER experienced, the therapist was extremely rough as she rushed digging her nails into my neck and shoulders, then she used her elbows to bash down on my shoulder muscle, this was after I’d made mention that she was hurting me. Which she ignored me completely talking and laughing to her co worker. She continued to bash down on my shoulders with her hands slapping my skin and I paid $60 for the most un relaxing experience, I’m bruised and extremely sore. Lesson learnt. Don’t waste your money here, go to an professionally trained and accredited in massage therapist

To be honest I was enjoying my one time foot massage due to an injury. I simply just wanted to zone out having spent 7 weeks in a cast. My one complaint is …my experience was met with constant interruptions, due to my masseuse having to leave me to attend other patrons. To me I paid $46 to get the 30 mins solid attention, I am ‘somewhat’ disappointed & annoyed.

Woke up with a super stiff back - could hardly move. Nisa (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly) did an amazing job - she totally loosened my back and took the pain away - she really knew what she was doing. Thank you Nisa - I highly recommend you

First time made a booking to only be turned away because staff member had gone home (no phone call to inform). Second time I went with my son for a 30 minute neck, shoulder and legs on a table, was shown to take a chair instead (pretty hard to understand the woman) but once seated she said we needed to do 10 minutes each leg. I was surprised when I was charged $100 when I was expecting maximum $80. She had charged individual prices rather than the package special. She argued I hadn’t requested the special although I argued I hadn’t been given an option. Pretty stock standard for the price and their was certainly was no reflexology as per what I was charged! Go somewhere else and save your self disappointment

The staff were VERY RUDE. I asked her to stop going so rough, she then proceeded to speak to her colleague laugh and slap me on the shoulder multiple times. I also encounter other staff there being rude to other customers taking money out of there wallets and telling them to pay with that and making it difficult for people who were covered with private health. Do not recommend!!!

WORST MASSAGE!!! I do NOT recommend getting a massage from here. The person attending to my massage did not ask me once if the pressure was okay nor did they ask if I had any previous injuries or any areas of concern. He kept continually coughing and clearning his throat throughout the entire 40 minute massage, he then also decided to unexpectedly crack my neck without asking my permission or explaining what he was doing. All he grunted was “relax relax” and then went ahead and cracked my neck. This man’s communication with me throughout the massage was absolutely appalling. Two days later and I now have a very sore neck and upper back and bruising from where he was “massaging” with a ridiculous amount of pressure. I have had many massages previous to this and this was by far the worst massage I have ever received. Please do not go here.

Ive had many massages but Ive given this place a few chances and never again. Its so noisy the staff spk so loudly and my massage yesterday the guy did not stop coughing. I asked him perhaps to get a cough lolly or another therapist. He kept leaving the room to cough. It was terrible. My husband who was also having a 90 minute msge in the other room also commented with i hope you dont get covid or sick darl". To top if off the lady charged a $7.00 fee to place charges on my c card

Terrible massage. Loud so noisy and the therapist continually coughing during my massage. Wont be going back. Couldnt wait to get out of the place. Not relaxing or quite as it should be. And charged a $7.00 add on fee to place on my savings card. Terrible.
