Great place to get a wash and cut. They take there time and don’t rush and they have a great membership deal also. Would recommend as they are also well priced in todays environment. Quality hairdressers and not your quick cut quality types and place is very clean also.

I felt I was an elderly non identity. This was my first visit to the salon as my own hair dresser had moved. The young men spoke in their language I guess discussing me. . It took them sometime to communicate me. Eventually they did organize to cut my hair cut by one of them with much non interest. it was as if he didn’t even want to touch my hair. He barely top 5 minutes. Cost me 48 dollars. Not that that was the issue just the way I was being discussed. Not my kind of salon. There was no welcome. Just one of them sat beside me on the phone in the lounge area. Didn’t bother to acknowledge me initially. No greeting nothing. It’s not as if the shop was bursting with people. I think they thought I was not worthy of their salon.

I had never given bad reviews to ruin someone's career but this I have a say. This is my only worst haircut experience throughout the years. Besides being rough on customers head this guy named Austin had no idea what he's doing when I have told him many times I wanted a hair length that able to tie a pony tail. It came out like an octopus and I can't tie a simple ponytail. The guy has no respect towards my opinion but ignorance. He then blamed my hair texture and asked me to wait for 2 months to tie a pony tail. The best part is he still thinks he is doing a great job without realizing he just got a very upset customer. I will never introduce this salon to anyone!!He can't even do simple straight hair cut!!MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT TO THIS SALON! HONESTLY THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR! GOOD LUCK TO THOSE WHO STILL WANTING TO TRY

When they first opened, I was thrilled with their service. But they have become increasingly hard to use, and today I had an appointment at 3 PM, I saw a walk-in come in at 2:59 as I was parking my car. They asked me to come back in half an hour, and when I came back they said they would cut my hair 10 minutes later. Not my job to wait for them - I will take my business elsewhere.

Austin was simply amazing, he’s the best hairdresser ever and I highly recommend him! He’s very thoughtful and did an amazing job, really loved how he gave input on what would be best for my hair and how it would look best on me. I’m very happy with the result and will definitely be back!

I recently had a haircut experience that left me extremely disappointed. The hairdresser was clearly inexperienced, and it showed in the results.Firstly, I asked for a simple trim with a few layers to add some texture to my hair. However, the hairdresser ended up cutting way too many layers, leaving my hair looking choppy and out of shape. The layers were uneven and did not blend well with the rest of my hair, making it look like a complete mess.My hair now looks frizzy and unmanageable, which is the exact opposite of what I wanted.

The staff was friendly but not professional as the hairdresser. Austin was my hairdresser, and I felt he has no idea about he was doing and I had my worst haircut ever!! He was trying hard as it takes me nearly an hour for a middle-length women haircut?!! But end up as XXXX. Well, will not recommend this shop.

Have been visiting this salon for few times and it has become my favourite salon so far. Austin is good at colours and styles and he knows what suits you the best. Highly recommend!

Been visiting Smile&Y regularly now for a few months - Austin is a super talented colourist and hand on heart, my hair has never looked or felt better. Great in salon experience (bottled water, chocolates!) Highly recommend.
