I cannot recommend Pacific Trophies enough! Not only is the team super friendly, but they went over and above exceeding my expectations. I will be going back to Pacific Trophies time and time again! If you need anything engraved, custom trophies or sublimation work these are the guys to go with! Outstanding service and I couldn't be happier with the end result :D

Poor quality of work and slow to complete initial requested work. Multiple engraving font size issues, misspelling of names, plaques not glued on properly and wrong names on trophies despite them having a detailed list of what I required. Trophies returned for errors to be corrected but more errors made while trying to fix their earlier mistakes. The business owner seemed indifferent when advised of the issues both times and did not offer an apology at anytime despite making multiple errors. Cheap but you get what you pay for.

WOW! What can I say - a Business that actually offers some real customer service. The team here went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! I requested a last minute order (I knew I was already pushing my luck) but they did everything they could to ensure I had what I requested by the end of the day. They were super helpful with the selection and after sales service. Price was also very good!
