Wish I had paid attention to the reviews before going! If you want you're feet barely washed and nails painted for $40, this is the place to go. I had to ask for my nails to be cut since they were left uneven. No cleaning up of the nail or underneath the nail, no cuticle oil, no moisturiser applied, no massage, i think the whole thing took 10 mins.

The store was nice and clean. The colour choices for the nails were wonderful but the manager who had done my nails did a very poor job. I only did shellac and she started to rush my nails and made the paint uneven adding to that the paint coat was not thick enough. Overall l am very disappointed with the results as these nails were not worth it.

Such a lovely salon with very professional staff. The time estimate for my SNS French tips was 45 min but it ended up taking an hour because they were so careful and thorough with checking that everything was perfect. So as long as you go when you aren't pressed for time they're an amazing and friendly salon and I really recommend them.

Honestly, this place does not deserve the bad reviews they are getting. I’ve been here plenty of times, and while it is definitely a hit or miss as some of the girls are new and still training, most do such a wonderful job. If I ever have any concerns, I always tell them. For instance, that I want my acrilics to be thin, or that my cuticles are sensitive or that I have really thin nails and I need then to be careful. Some of them have been a bit rushed with my nails when I came in during rush hour, but nonetheless they’ve never done a terrible job. Perhaps in those times it wasn’t great but it was still good.You just have to communicate with them and be kind. Those girls are doing such a hard job and are under so much pressure to keep going fast. So a little understanding and a kind word always goes a long way. The owner is also lovely, always very welcoming and happy to fix anything that you are concerned about. They have improved significantly throughout the past few months. I remember a year ago I left very unhappy with such thick and unever SNS, but now I come back every week/fortnight for touch ups because of the hospitality and good service.

This pathetic Nail Salon is just had heir staffs are rude. I had a pedicure, just normal one, and I heard its 35 or 34 dollars, then I checked my bank account. It charged me 40 dollars. I will be there tomorrow and I will ask how much the normal pedicure.

The worst experience ever. At first, an employee was doing my nails which was good as she was gentle and cautious. However, when it got busy, the store owner took over and being the owner, you’d think that she would be more skilled. Absolutely not. She wrecked my cuticles, left 5 fingers bleeding with the left middle finger bleeding SOO profusely that it took 5-10 min to stop the bleeding (what with her aggressively dabbing alcohol on the wound which hurt immensely). Would not recommend unless you want to go home with bleeding nails.

Jenny was absolutely amazing yesterday!From the moment she started doing my nails, we spoke the entire time, I felt so relaxed and comfortable and she was able to do the perfect French infill for my birthday!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I should have known better when I saw the 2/5 google average but decided to still make an appointment. Never going here again! When I left I noticed the shellac was poorly applied. It was very patchy and started wrinkling up along the edges. I went back straight away to complain and have them redone and the lady was so rude! No comment and no apology. She would not respond when I started asking questions and began roughly filing down the shellac so much so that my nails and surrounding skin started to bleed and sting. The 2nd time she did shellac it was a bit better, but one day in it has started changing colour and going patchy. What a horrible experience

Just got home after a precarious drive home as my eyes stinging so badly after the worst eyelash extension experience ever. Both eyes are stinging, red & watering & the lashes are crooked on the left eye. Look like v badly applied cheap false Drag Queen lashes when I specifically asked for a 'subtle' look. During the procedure, I also asked (3 times) for an eyebrow tint to balance out the more dramatic look of the extensions & she said yes each time. She even told me at the end that it had been done when it obviously hadn't. I was then told no time' when it was till 15 min before closing & people in the salon. When I got home

I agree with the reviews that most of the staff don't make an effort to interact with the customer during the service. The lady that worked on my nails barely said a word to me apart from hello and goodbye. I only came into this salon because the other nail salons looked really full. I also arrived after six pm so was worried about not getting seen in time as most salons close at 8pm and it's a rarity that I get the night off to myself with a young daughter. As I came into the salon a couple of people were leaving so I thought I'd get in quickly, which I did. However my manicurist came close to serving someone else luckily another worker stepped in and told her to serve me first. She did a good job on my nails. The job did feel rushed though and was lacking the personal touch. I had to do the drying process by myself which was a bit annoying as I feel the manicurist should be there from start to finish. This visit was definitely in favour of speed as I knew I wouldn't have time to get my nails done over the weekend. Next time I'd definitely try somewhere else.
