Have been here a few times for dinner. Overall the food here are delicious, although some are of better value than others. Prices are on the expensive side as don't provide free kimchi/radish side dish topups (unlike most other Korean restaurants in Brisbane). Dishes I would order again: Chicken stir-fried glass noodles with rice, Stir-fried glass noodles, Kimchi soup with rice. Dishes I would not order again: Spicy Stir-fried noodles.

Korean fried chicken at Chermside, I was excited to try them out with a burger as most Korean fried chicken burgers are amazing.Unfortunately the burger menu was very basic, only crispy fried or grilled chicken available. They have lots of flavoured chicken wings but they don't let you have those flavours on burgers, seems strange.The crispy fried burger I had was decent enough. Nice crispy well seasoned coating and juicy insides. The bun was so incredibly sweet it was almost like eating a croissant and overpowered most of the other flavours.Also seems weird to have to add cheese to the burger and pay extra.Would like to come back and try their actual Korean flavoured chicken next time.

The food is good, but the prices and customer service leave a lot to be desired.Some of the prices raise eyebrows. Side dishes that are as expensive as some main dishes just isn’t right.The service is also extremely poor. You arrive at the front and wait to be seated as directed by the signage only to have a kid at the counter call out a table number and you’re left wondering the restaurant trying to find the table. From there, when you order food from the tablet, staff come by and just plonk it on the table without saying a word or giving a smile. I personally felt as if my presence at the restaurant was more of a burden to them.The fact that the food was so expensive and the customer service was so poor ruined the fact that the food was actually pretty good. It’s just not worth the time and money.

The taste of their chicken are changing I do not know why. They also serve little quantity now as if they just want to give the floured mix ones and not the chicken itself.I have ordered stir fried glass noodles but was so salty very salty!I would not recommend as theeit taste of the food keeps changing,

Boneless chicken pieces were so small so, it textured like chewing only crumb. Chicken feet were not spicy at all which compared with other momo chicken. Pancake was dissapointed it didn't have quality. Glass noodle and steam egg were yummy. The staff didn't responded when I pressed call staff button many times but they reaponded only when we order drink. Tables were so closed each other even it was hard to walk out to pay.

Tonight, I went to this place for dinner with my girlfriend. I was so shocked with their customer service. Firstly, the tablet of the table was on low charge and was mentioned this to one of the staff and she went to grab another one and didn’t come for 5 mins. Upon seeing, I could clearly see they were just talking with each other without bothering to get us new tablet.Once we ordered food, the staff who brought our food to the table didn’t have any knowledge of customer service. She just pushed the food plate to our table and left. There was no acknowledgment and no interaction from her. Every time she used to bring food she didn’t bother to interact or mention what food it was. She would just leave the food on the edge of the table and leave. We felt really disrespectful and felt unwelcome.All this scenario we mentioned to the guy who looks like manager or owner to make sure that the future customers won’t encounter the same disrespect. The answer I got was pretty shocking. He said it’s so hard to get a staff that he won’t bother to say anything to the staff. He doesn’t care whether his customers are happy or not and even loses them.Well, I am never ever stepping again in this restaurant for any kind of food.

Had the crispy chicken burger and tiny chips in a tiny basket. Was pretty good, pricing is fairly reasonable. Wife had the big chicken cutlet with gravy on top. My chicken burger was tender and well made. Wish the music wasn’t so loud. Bizarre discount of 5% if I paid by cash? 1.5% penalty for using eftpos. Annoying.
