The only issue with Tristan’s personal training is trying to find another trainer that even comes close to him since moving to Sydney. I would recommend Tristan to everyone, I always enjoyed training with him and learning how to achieve my goals without injury. 10 out of 10

I only just started training with Tristan 2 weeks ago and I’m amazed how much I have learned and progressed in such a short time. Tristan takes his training seriously, and has taken the time to understand and customize my workout and I can see the improvements already. I can definitely recommend Tristan to anyone who wants to improve their fitness, health, energy and strength

Absolute legend , top PT trainer . Highly recommend tristan to anyone who is thinking about a PT trainer . great instruction on how to do each exercise safely and within your limits, i lost 9kg whilst with tristan and gained muscle and knowledge of how to lift the correct way. Will be back mate can't thankyou enough.

Tristan is clearly very passionate about his job, he has so much knowledge and talks you through things properly. He has the ability to make you feel Instantly comfortable which is really important.Hands down one of the best trainers out there!
