I had lip filler and the cosmetic nurse did a fantastic job, she did this the most evenly spaced that I have ever experienced (some other clinics have ended with uneven results). I will certainly return the nurse was very experienced, professional and welcoming. Thank you so much :)

I have gone to several cosmetic places, and cosmetique has by far been my favourite. Today I went for my 3rd time and had Erin as my cosmetic nurse, I will never go to another beauty girl after I met Erin. I will follow her wherever she goes because her work is by far a mile better than anyone else’s!! I WANT TO CRY THATS HOW HAPPY I AM.All the workers at cosmetique are just as lovely, kind and sweet! But to be honest, Erin’s work is just fantastic, she knew exactly what I wanted, gave me good advice, was super gentle and most importantly, she really took her time to help me achieve the perfect result. Sometimes I feel rushed which means in the past, they have been very rough.I got chin filler first which absolutely did not hurt. And then she put the numbing in my lips, and out of all the times I’ve gotten the dental block, the way she did it was so gentle it didn’t hurt as bad as before. BY A MILE TOO. I used to cry and have to pray while they inject dental block (the numbing stuff) and she did it so carefully and quick I didn’t cry AT ALL!!Every step of the way she walked me through. Even something as simple as telling me to let her know if anywhere doesn’t feel numb!! In the past after they injected the dental block, I was too shy to tell them that some parts of my lip didn’t feel numb yet. And they started and I was too nervous to tell them that it wasn’t numb. But because she made me feel comfortable I let her know which spots had a bit of feeling and she was extra gentle.Thank you Erin for your fantastic work on top of your friendly and positive energy. You made my whole week and next time I will absolutely make sure she’s able to doll me up again!! You made me very happy and I’ll be a regular for sure!!

I got my lips and forehead done here and the nurse was so lovely and did such a great job, I will definitely be going back.

I couldn't reccomened this place enough! Such a nice and clean environment. The nurse made the whole experience just pleasant and I felt completely comfortable for my 1st and second time ever getting lip filler done. Walked away feeling sexy and ecstatic. So happy they are open on Saturdays now!

The clinical staff are mostly fantastic but the customer service team is honestly useless and rude. I originally started going here because the pricing was great but now they are the same price as everywhere else, and after 2 terrible experiences with the customer service team, I won’t be returning. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere that actually treats their customers, and their staff, with respect.

The worst customer service of any cosmetic clinic. Go somewhere else!They offer money for their clients to leave 5 star reviews. Their rating is inaccurate and not reflective of their service.

After just one month, the wrinkle relaxes warn off. Contacted them, basically just wait another month and see if any better. Two months go on and already completely warn off. Reviewed in clinic and the actual nurse said I need a top up. And will contact head office to get me booked in. Head office contacts me and says nothing we can do. After going here for years, they tell me it is just my skin or body? Yet this has never happened before? Really poor customer service.

My first time getting fillers and I am thrilled! The process was thoroughly explained to me, I was happy with the medical check done before the procedure, and the results are amazing! I also had a mini brow lift and extremely happy with this also. Prices are reasonable and Afterpay makes treating yourself accessible for all. You get a dental block so after that the procedure is virtually painless. My aesthetician was Yana and she was lovely! She worked within my budget and answered all my questions. She explained what to expect every step of the procedure and made me comfortable. I will be back!
