We had our gym equipment, bathrooms, glass doors/walls, consulting rooms all deep cleaned by Smart Cleaning Concepts, and we have also engaged them on a regular basis.They were on time, very professional, and removed dust/dirt from places even we didn’t know about. I never want to see a bucket of post clean water that dirty again. The floors had a specific texture that would make mopping a difficult task, yet they handled them very well and got all the fingerprints off the walls and glass.I did notice one of the back rooms had been missed on one of the regular cleans, but after letting them know, they promptly attended to it, and it was never missed again.One of the cleaners was a powerhouse and my team and I are very thankful for their attention to detail, as our customers wouldn’t expect anything less. I would recommend them to any business.

Ilraz' and Smart Cleaning Concepts did a great job removing significant old food stains from my elderly dad's carpet in July 2019. It cleaned up like new. There was good communication before and after the work was done. Dad was away at the time of cleaning and Ilfraz followed our requests exactly regarding timing, access, security and ventilation. He was also concerned to ensure dad would not be back until after the carpet was properly dry to avoid slips and falls. I recommend this company without hesitation and would use again myself.

Smart Cleaning Concepts provided an excellent service for what was an extremely difficult clean due to dog hair. All the furniture cleaned exceed our expectations and everything looked brand new again. Staff were friendly, polite and respectful at all times. Highly recommended.

November 2020. This is the best job we've ever had done on our carpets. The carpets were pretty dirty and we have a dog so there was pet hair everywhere but not anymore! Absolutely fantastic!!!! I booked Smart Cleaning Concepts for a one-off clean of my Beenleigh office. They turned up on time, even reconfirmed the appointment and charged me a very reasonable price. To top it off, their work was impeccable. We will now be hiring them on a regular basis. Would highly recommend these guys.
