Aussie Outdoor Alfresco/Cafe Blinds Gold Coast

Update August 2022. We had a good experience initially with the installation in November 2021, but there have been staff changes and now, this company has failed hugely in the after sale customer service. Phoned for 3 weeks to get one of the blinds serviced only to be told they were busy and understaffed. The blind had come out of it's zip track whilst adjusting the stopping height - not an easy process with just an emailed PDF of confusing instructions! Finally got someone out after an email complaint and it's back in the track. No mention of fixing the broken teeth under warranty and then, was emailed a bill for $104.50! Would not recommend them at all.

Aussie outdoor blinds have just installed our blinds on our alfresco area and we are extremely happy with our product, workmanship and quality of service and great communication. Highly recommend this company.

Very very happy with my motorised blinds, they are expensive compared to some other suppliers BUT definitely worth the money, mine have been up for over a year and have stood up to some serious wind. I am located on a lake and I am able to use my deck year round because of the protection and privacy these blinds have afforded me. Highly recommended!

The cafe blinds we purchased are of excellent quality. They are durable and look absolutely amazing. The installation was seamless and done with perfection. The team is just amazing. Their post sales service is second to none and I would highly recommend installing outdoor blinds with them as you know you will be well looked after, for years after installation. My blinds are over 10 years old and I asked for them to be serviced recently and as usual, they did a superb job, even fixing some minor issues they noticed with wear and tear, that I hadn't, which prevented further damage in the storms that came in after that. Really brilliant !

Absolute nightmare to have a warranty repair and communication with the owner beyond comprehension of rude and abusive, misleading and deceptive. This has been repaired several times now by the new owner and failed to actually fix the problem. Everything was great until money taken
