Prouds the Jeweller

Cancelled lay-by within 12hours and still had to pay $25. And come in to the store all the way from Fingal Bay as wouldn't allow my daughter to do transaction..Not helpful AT ALL..They will receive a whole lot of my opinion via family and friends and social media.NOT HAPPY JAN !!!

Incredible staff and lovely surroundings

Brought my mother a bracelet here for Xmas present and it had a stone missing only found this out yesterday wen my mum opened it think this store would have checked that wen they sold it to me as well and unfortunately I have lost my receipt and they refused to exchange for same one even tho it was brought a few weeks ago I buy a lot from these guys and Angus and Coote but this Prouds store I wouldn’t even give one star to never buy anything again from them spend thousands every year here so annoyed

They need to change their webpage to advise of REAL shopping hours. Went there on Thursday night to Glendale store and it closed at 8pm. I was not aware of this so I was disappointed. Apparently Angus and Coote close at 7.30pm on Thursday nights. Too bad they dont let their customers know.

Customer service just isnt up to standard...considering we were the only customers in the store on a Saturday. I worked at vthe Charelstown branch as a casual all through school (Many moons ago) and honestly, I would have had a 'talking to' by my boss had I of had such a lack of interest in a customer or asked (as i was) Are you right?Worse part was I was actually ignored by older (possibly more senior) staff. I went with the intention to purchase a ring, bracelet & earrings....(total over $800) instead I just purchased the ring and will go else where to purchase the other....Very Disappointing....

Bit disappointed. Not my fault you only keep one size of each ring. Just a way to get extra $$$ when I wanted to buy a ring and sorry my finger was too small!!! I did think you could just order a smaller size. Not get me to buy the ring then tell me it's an extra $55 to have it made smaller!!!

It is glaringly obvious that the manager of this store is profoundly incompetent. Her name is Cherie. A friend of mine went in there to purchase a product. At the point of purchase using the Prouds e-Card, this manager refused to punch in the number code provided to her. The manager was blatantly rude, fundamentally obnoxious, and resolutely unreasonable in regards to purchasing a product. From what I know and have seen, many Prouds clientele use e-cards to purchase jewellery in the which a number is provided. A Prouds Jeweller employee just needs to punch in the number and the purchase of the said product is completed. This is a practice supported by their (Prouds the Jewellers head office); In fact, its a practice that other Prouds" stores readily engage in
