Poor customer service. Haven’t had any response regarding my order 3 weeks ago. Haven’t responded to emails or phone messages.

I've been a loyal Sukin customer since around 2009 which is 2 years after they started in Melbourne and well before they expanded into places like Chemist Warehouse or internationally. I currently use 8 of their products every day and another 3 every few days. Whilst I obviously love the products, I've been left feeling extremely disappointed with a recent interaction. Essentially I had my first concern ever and have been totally ignored by the company with no one even returning my call or email. My request was for advice on wether the screw lids on the purely ageless oils had been reported as faulty or if there is a way to secure it properly so it does not empty into my suitcase while travelling. I also politely asked if they would consider replacing that one bottle. No response, no call, no email. My point is that they appear to be yet another company that have no customer service ethics or respect for anyone that contributed money to build their brand. Now I could say that I won't use their products but that would be untrue and would make no impact to their business with me just being another insignificant. If you read this review, know the products are good but ethics, morals and respect don't appear to be part of their business model but I guess you don't need that to build a money making empire... Disgusting customer service and shame on you Sukin.

I absolutely love love love my SUKIN skincare and haircare products! Bought directly online and arrived super fast. Managed to get it all on a great deal too which was even better.Highly rate the hair mask. I apply it after washing and using a different hair mask, using it as a leave in. Each day when I style my hair I use the thickening spray and my ponytail bulls up perfectly.The cleanser and moisturiser make my skin feel smooth and hydrated. No oily residue, no heaviness my skin soaks it up instantly.

I came across Sukin most recently was throughly impressed with their skin range. Great value for money, ingredients are gentle yet effective. They’re very clear with their products and what’s in them - no alcohol, parabens or any of the nasty things! Honestly, I used to spend $$$ on Dermalogica special cleansing gel but since discovering their signature cleansing gel, I am in love. It removes all traces of make up and never leaves my skin dry! I also love their facial mist. Great value for money.

Love the products, have used one type of shampoo for normal hair and both types of cleanser for normal and sensitive. Still deciding about the sensitive mask but I’ve only tried it once. I love the smell of Sukin products.

I haven’t had good experiences with this brand sadly. I’ve used a range of their products, it’s not suitable for sensitive skin, it burns my face.

I received my tube of ’Sukin SPF30 Sheer Touch Tinted Sunscreen’ in light/medium today - it has NO nasties - will not impact our divine reefs - and slides on like silk!I was concerned when I ordered the sunscreen that the product would be heavy, sticky and a colour that didn’t ‘suit’ my skin - instead - it is truly amazing - a colour that compliments my skin colour - great sun protection - a ‘bit of a strange smell’ initially - which disappears shortly after application - and no feeling that you are covered in ‘stickiness’.I very rarely review skin products - but this product is outstanding!Thank you ‘Sukin’ - I love your sunscreen!

Disgusting customer service. Avoid buying direct with Sukin. I ordered some items on the 7th of September & to this day have not recieved any information on my order, when emailing them it takes forever just to get a response. When asked to return the order to get a refund they start pushing back stating that Auspost has my order. Called up Australia Post & Nothing has shown up at all.

Started using sukin a couple of months ago. I have acne prone skin and have always had trouble with breakouts. Tried some expensive brands but nothing has been as good as sukin. Using the cleansing oil and the greens serum made a huge difference within one week. Have bought about 10 products since then and love most of them! Really great price and excellent products!

I decided to try this product, I bought a product for dry hair ( Hydrating ) but this Shampoo and Conditioner made my hair even drier.I hated the results…I do not recommend this product I would like my money back.Absolutely terrible, such waste money!
