Regency Auto Body Repairs

Customer service definitely needs some work.I called Andrew on a Fri to get some repairs done on my car. Even though his workshop is not usually open on Saturdays, he said he would be in from 10am to around 12pm and that I could come in for him to have a look at my car. He even instructed me to call him when I reached the front gate as it would be locked.I turned up at 10am the next day only to find the workshop locked and empty. Andrew's phone was probably turned off as my calls went straight to voicemail multiple times. Sent him a SMS but no reply till this day.Only redeeming point was that he promptly sent me an estimated quote for my repair job when I first called on Fri.

Shannon and the Regency Auto team are amazing. Super friendly and no hidden surprises in their quotes. Had my car looking show-room fresh, faster and at a much better price than anyone else. Cannot recommend enough

Replaced front bumper, fixed minor body dents, repainted wing mirrors carnow looks great. Very happy with the level of service could not have been better & at a great price. Highly recommended

Great insurance work done in two days. The last mob took a week and bogged the dent. These guys are great. Slight mix up with the VIN to the insurance company but sorted quickly and with a smile. They go the extra mile. Great customer service and quality work.

Shannon was great to deal with and was really helpful through the whole process. I cannot fault the paintwork - it has been done to a really high standard. Took longer than expected due to insurer and waiting on parts but loan car was extended so all good.
