The service was great and owner was happy to talk through the menu and offer a package on all the choices we made. We ordered flake but unfortunately it wasn't the flake we're used to. It looked a lot like hoki. The battered fish wasn't greasy and the chips were cooked well done like we asked. Overall a good experience.

Best fish and chips in the Hervey Bay in my opinion. The whiting was fresh and not dripping with oil like some of its competitors. The chips and potato scallops were awesome.

BEST CHIPS IN QUEENSLAND!Hot and crispy on the outside with a golden brown finish, then soft and fluffy on the inside...just perfect.Mouth Watering fish that was perfectly cooked and crumbled, a delight to eat.

They were the worst calamari and chips I have ever had, the calamari looked burnt and the chips were disgusting. I work in a place like that and that is not how we cook our food. It looked like the oil needed changing badly, I will never be going back there again.

I think someone needs to look into the hygiene levels here. Walking in the door is a very unpleasant smell. We just had chips because there was a fear that the smell was a result of off seafood. My parents ordered fish and chips previously and there was no fish to be found in the batter.

Really lovely staff and super fast service.The food was nice.It is a great traditional, fish and chip. Order, collect and get to the beach. Perfect spot to eat right across the road.

Have eaten twice there in the last two days - absolutely the best chips freshest fish, tastiest burgers and friendliest staff. If you want a great fish and chip experience don’t miss this one. If you find the need to complain do the world a favour and just stay home
