I was involved in property development and marketing for many years as a real estate agent (now retired) and developer. I met Viva Developments through my Real Estate business and I began using them to build my projects around 2010, having used many builders and designers before that, with varying levels of dissatisfaction from the experiences. Viva were different, offering a full service of creative ideas and solutions with design and a hands-on approach to the building process. They take pride in the professional quality of their work and attention to detail. They completed over 30 residences (7 successful projects) with me and I was very satisfied and happy with every aspect of their work.

If you are looking for a company that talks up keeping their word then never follows through you've come to the right place. We recently purchased a house built by viva developments. Before signing off on the inspection report and closing the sale they were contacted about roof carpentry defects of which they accepted responsibility and agreed to rectify. I had this put in writing since they were unable to attend by settlement date. Nearly two months on and nothing but a few excuses (when they actually respond) from these yes men. Haven't built with them personally but their actions or lack of and empty promises aren't a good indicator.

The gents at Viva Developments have been a pleasure to build my first home through. After being dissatisfied and cancelling contracts with multiple builders you “see on TV”, Daniel & Mel have been a breath of fresh air. It’s a completely different experience when you’re dealing with the directors and not a sales rep. Their honesty, guidance and attention to detail is second-to-none. From the planning stages, to choosing colours and finishes, all the way to hand over – these guys have not only helped me with difficult decisions and answered my many questions and phone calls, they’ve also put a smile on my face each and every time we’ve made contact. My initial attitude when meeting with Viva Developments was “this is my first home, let’s just do a standard build”, however, the “standard” with Viva is on a different level to the standards I was offered by other builders. The moment I stepped foot into my house my attitude changed, I could easily call this my forever home, not just a “standard” build. Building you first home is a massive (and stressful) journey, so I can’t thank Daniel & Mel enough for being part of it and making it a breeze!

Worst quality in their building, we’ve been living in one of their constructions for the last 7 years, and the materials they used is very poor quality, they people who installed the tiles they didn’t know what they were doing because some of them weren’t place properly many of them have air bubbles and now some of them are easily broken, the carpet they used for the rooms was one of the cheapest you could find on the market.322

Viva we’re fantastic at organising my home building. It was a smooth, stress-free process with them. Thanks so much Daniel and the rest of the Viva team!
