Weren’t answering there phones all morning.Was rude when answering,Wasn’t helpful. Not even nice really, bluntly rude.Save your time and energy go to chermside for better customer service I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes.

Great veiw but very tired and un maintained unit. Could not lock patio door damaged from earlier break ins and not repaired. Aircon didnt work either and one pump unit for all three room units. The wiring does look upto standard and dangerous. But comfortable and located to restaurants, surf club and beach.

Typical of most BigWs. Possibly slightly smaller than some, but most of the same ranges. It's great to see a strong move away from synthetic fabrics to cotton.

Big W Taigum is spacious, well-stocked, never crowded, and a relaxing place to wander around. I’ve been shopping here for about 7 years, fulfilling most of life’s little requirements. The many different departments are well organised and labelled. Over the last few weeks, I’ve purchased socks, towels, kitchenware, headphones, and a smart plug! Great that it’s located at the relatively small Taigum Square shopping centre, so one doesn’t have to navigate the labyrinths of major shopping centres!

what a disaster. ordered some photos and custom cup / magnet online. 2 weeks to get prints. sent me an email to collect. found cup and magnet not there and they had created another order number without telling them. went to kmart and re order the lot. done on the same day cup and all thanks kmart.
