I can’t recommend Real Cool Industries enough. We had a complicated air conditioning job, needing a split system replacement. Real Cool Industries were not only prompt with a quote, but found a solution we were happy with, and installed it all a lot sooner than we expected.The whole team was such a delight to deal with - their customer service is incredible. They got the work done with minimal fuss, got everything up and running perfectly, and left the place even cleaner than when they arrived. Even during the job they figured out a further solution for us, meaning we wouldn’t be left with a hole in the roof.

We got a ducted air conditioner install buy.Throsten 16 kw 3 phase installation was great. The service we got was absolutely brilliant and very neat and tidy. would recommend him to anyone that needs any air conditioning done or in ducted system.

The work was carried out within a few days of receiving the quote. The guys that came to install were very friendly and worked really hard to complete the job and cleaned up after themselves . They took the time to explain how everything worked, making sure before they left that I understood and assured me that I could call if there were any problems or if I had any questions. I recently had a system installed by Thorsten and Jake from Real Cool Industries and couldn't be happier.- The team were extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole process- The quote provided was the first response to my hipages ad (<24 h), and also came in as the cheapest- The system was installed within 2 weeks of my ad during a busy time of year (and was primarily delayed by my availability)- The installation date was during a heatwave, and they never tried to reschedule to a later date to avoid the heat- They were incredibly tidy during the installation process, cleaning up as they went along- They were on time for the quote, as well as both days of the installation process- They came across a couple of challenging areas in my house, but worked around these well- They accommodated changes that I wanted to the quote after I accepted it, were reasonable on additional costs and included extra value- They were happy to work around my preference to be home for the installation, but did not need me to be present- The system installation was neat, tidy and to a high installation standardI would not hesitate in recommending them for other air conditioning installations.

They gave me a quote and I asked to change it so I could have a different unit and several upgrades. In My opinion they had good communication and kept there word. Even though I changed things around a lot.The staff were friendly and explained things in a way that a layman like me could understand. I didn't feel there was any pressure to buy or upgrade.The tradies were friendly, respectful and cleaned up after themselves.The installation seems to be good as the AC is nice and cold and doesn't make any strange noises or rattling etc.The upgraded remote (wall mounted tablet) is easy to use and I can chose specifically what rooms I want on or off. It has a bunch of other features as well and the tradies showed me how to set up the phone app which is very easy to use too.The upgrades I got was a remote upgrade and extra sensor in each area. I also asked to get a Samsung unit rather then their typical Daikin units due to Daikins customer service reviews, energy efficiency and friends experience with Daikins warranty claims. For me it was worth it.Value for money. I did some comparisons like for like and they beat the next cheapest quote by $500.00 and the other by $3000.00 (I didnt tell them about the other quotes). The price seems to be either similar to or cheaper then friends who have got ducted AC installed (with different models though).TLDRI would recommend them and happily go through them again.

We had the guys come out to install a ducted system in our house. From the moment they came around to perform a quote they were fantastic to deal with. Unlike the majority of trades these guys were honest about the size system we would need for our house and steered us away from unnecessary upgrades. Most trades would sell you the most expensive of products to fill their back pocket, it was nice to have a honest tradesman. The quality of work was exceptional, they arrived at exactly the time they said and had completed the job just after lunch. We highly recommend using Real Cool Industries.
