My experience with Daniel began with an incidental encounter of a house that would be opened for inspection the next day for the last time before closing offers in 3 days’ time. Kind of catching the last train before midnight! On inspection ,there was Daniel Hindmarsh guided me & my wife through the house. He was very knowledgeable about the house including the internal construction. He gave us valuable suggestions on minor alterations which could upgrade the house value. After ½ hour of detailed inspection & I requested a second inspection on the different time of the day. He promptly obliged. On the journey of negotiation which was a tough and tortuous 2 days as the selling process was changed repeatedly. If not for Daniel’s unwavering support, I would have given up on making an offer on the first day. Upon his meticulous explanation on the process and countless phone consults, I regained my confidence and made the offer of my life and succeeded. So this is the story of an agent who perseveres and never give up on a potential buyer. I had spent the last 5 months hunting for a house. Had made 4 offers before this one. Not many agents would give up so much of their personal time to ensure their clients have the maximum chance to secure a property. The skill of turning a half-enthusiastic client into a successful buyer and accomplished the sale is the most precious quality a potential seller would look for.

The lack of respect and the inconvenience my friends are going through is unbelievable!!!!!! With less than 1 week in the apartment rented by Belle Property Dee Why, it has big water leaks all over the wardrobe, electricity problems everywhere, appliances burnt out!!!! It was 5 days in the apartment. Belle Property refuse relocate and charge a fine if they leave the property, forcing them to stay in these conditions, wet clothes, wet sneakers, leaving the house in the middle of the night to sleep in a dry and safe place!!!!! We have videos, emails and phone calls as proof that nothing is being done, also a horrible service at the agency.

It was our pleasure dealing with Victoria McAree and William Hamblett in the leasing of our unit. Victoria is a consummate professional, and her forte is communication. She listens and understands and provides you with information before you realise you need it. Her understanding of her clients requirements is amazing, and we felt so fortunate to have her head our team.
